WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE BLISS CREATIONS?
At Bliss Creations, not only do we make Candles and Nappy Cakes, but we put so much effort and time into ensuring that each individual product is made to the highest possible standard- It is not just a job for us it is our passion!!!
CAN MY ITEM BE DELIVERED DIRECTLY TO THE PERSON THAT IT IS FOR?
We can either deliver your item directly to you, or we can deliver it directly to the person that it is for. Please note, however, that if delivering to someone you need to ensure that the recipient will still be in hospital, or an additional delivery charge will apply, to have the item reshipped to a home address.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ITEMS?
We accept either PayPal (credit cards or eftpos transactions) or Direct Bank Deposit. Please be aware that no item will be commenced until full
payment has been received. As we know, any event or large occasion can cost a phenomienal amount of money and therefore we can run a
payment plan for you (please be aware that full payment will be required prior to your item being shipped). Ask us about this option!!
WHEN IS PAYMENT REQUIRED?
Full payment is required prior to your item being made and shipped. An invoice will be emailed to you after checkout with all the necessary information required to make a payment.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
Purchases can be delivered Australia Wide.
WHAT DOES THE DELIVERY COST INCLUDE?
We deliver our products through only the best courier services to ensure that the products do not arrive damaged. The cost of shipping also includes all the packaging to secure your item as well as handling.
WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME?
To ensure that your item arrives to you safely we use a courier company for all deliveries. Therefore when the item is delivered a signature is required to ensure that it has arrived and has not been lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a card will be left, you will than have 7 days to contact the courier company to arrange a suitable time for delivery. Please be aware that this is not Bliss Creations responsibility to organise re-delivery if you are not home when it is delivered.
CAN I PICK MY ITEM UP?
Your item can be picked up from Schofields, NSW by Appointment ONLY. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time.
NAPPY CAKES FAQ
WHAT IS A NAPPY CAKE?
A Nappy Cake is rolled up nappies with baby items wrapped and placed throughout, which are "Baked" together to form a stunning tiered cake
look-a-like. A Nappy Cake is a beautiful twist to a traditional gift, not only do they look amazing, but the ingredients are all useful items.
IS EACH NAPPY INDIVIDUALLY TIED TOGETHER?
Unlike many of our competitors, Bliss Creations Nappy Cakes are all individually rolled, however the nappies are fastened together as an entire tier, rather than individually. This keeps the nappies in better condition to be used, as well as much less hassle for the new parents untying each and every nappy!!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
All of our Nappy Cakes are "baked" freshly and will be dispatched within 5 Days of payment being received.
WHAT NAPPIES DO YOU USE INSIDE YOUR NAPPY CAKES?
We "bake" our Nappy Cakes with only the best ingredients and therefore our cakes are made with Newborn size Huggies Nappies. These nappies
are perfect for new parents, as they are not only very high quality, but they also have a wetness indicator.
HAND DECORATED CANDLES FAQ
HOW DO I ORDER MY CANDLE?
Ordering and designing your candle is simple at Bliss Creations, we do all the work for you!!
Once a design is selected from our candle designs menu, an order form will be emailed to you. This will outline all the details that we require for
your candle. Once the completed order form has been received a proof copy of your design will be emailed to you within 48 hours.
Once the proof has been checked over and all content confirmed correct we will begin creating your candle.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Candles are custom made as they are ordered and can therefore take upto 10 working days to be dispatched.
I HAVE FOUND A DESIGN THAT I LIKE, CAN THE COLOUR BE CHANGED?
Each of our candle designs is available in several different colours. The available colours for each candle design are listed in the specifications
section of each candle.
WHAT CAN BE CUSTOMISED ON THE CANDLE?
The majority of the content on our designs can be customised, including layout, text, images, motives, verses, font style, font colour, ribbon colour, and many many more.
WHAT DIFFERENT COLOURED RIBBONS DO YOU HAVE AVAILABLE?
We have a large variety of different coloured satin ribbons that we utilise, if however you are after a specific colour we do not stock in our colour chart, we can order this in for you. Ribbon colours on hand include:
